More BT bother

So the saga continues: I got another MAC, Plusnet put in another order and BT Wholesale cancelled it AGAIN. It's beyond a joke now, it's insane that BT can do this.

The worst thing about the whole situation is that BT don't seem to be answerable to anyone, Ofcom "don't investigate individual cases", Plusnet can't do anything but keep trying and BT, well they're the problem and neither BT Wholesale nor BT Retail seem to care. I wrote a rather sizeable complaint to BT Retail along with my MAC request, the only response I got was a stock "sorry you're leaving us" email. Which was, quite frankly, insulting at best.

To top it all off I'm suffering from crappy speeds again. I just don't know what else I can do at this point....
